So I may be "buying" this bike today. The seller is willing to trade for my 2001 Kawasaki Lakota 4-wheeler. That's great, because I really can't spend any money on any more big toys for a while, as I have other responsibilities to take care of at the moment.
The owner deals in vintage (or just old and crappy) motorcycles. I was originally under the impression that this Ohio bike was still in Youngstown, OH, which is almost 400 miles away from here. I talked to the guy yesterday, and he told me that it was at his shop, which I think is also his house. This is a good thing, because he gave me the address, and he is less than a mile away from my house. My dad and I will probably be checking this bike out after he gets out of work today.
I suppose I should go to my parents' house and prep my four wheeler for sale. I never ride it any more because I don't live out there in the boonies. I have had that quad since it came off the showroom floor five years ago. I suppose it's about time to let it go, especially since I can't ride it in my yard like I could at my parents' house.

So I'm at Phill's house, and I should be sleeping, but I couldn't fall asleep, so here I am. I have to go back to work at 11 PM, and I am not going to get shit for sleep. Oh well, I guess I'll try to sleep on the job, in between drives. I can do that, ya know. :-)Wednesday, January 18, 2006, 10:46 PM - Personal
The auto show was pretty good, but I think it was much better back in 2001 when we went. I think that we got some better pictures of us at the event this year though. I cropped and recompressed this image with paint, so it looks like crap, but this is me and Phill's girlfriend Kim in front of the Jeep Wrangler Rubicon climbing the wall in Cobo.
Follow the related link for more pics until I get the gallery up and running.
